daily word
Have you ever heard it said that God works in mysterious ways? This is true, and some people have a problem with that; those who will not accept anything that cannot be explained to their comprehension and satisfaction.

11-24-11 7:47AM Happy Birthday eve, Jesus! What word will You give to me to share with your children?
My dear, dear, children.
I showed my ways to Moses and my acts to the children of Israel. You also long to know my ways for you realize that this is better than just seeing my acts. Yet when you ask me why I do the things I do, is there no answer?
Have you ever done something with the best of intentions and had it turn out badly and been criticized for it? Have you ever performed acts of true virtue and had them criticized by those who insisted on seeing them in a negative way? I can sympathize for this happened to me as well.
Do you think a sense of humor is frivolous; something that has no place in a spiritual life? Consider the most Christlike people you know. Are they the most grim and humorless? Much of what passes for humor in your culture is crude and tasteless, but it need not be so.
You Are Called to Experience the Lifestyle of the Garden of Eden! We stand at the threshold of a new reformation. It involves the fulfillment of God's passion, which is an intimate love relationship with you. God has sought to restore this lifestyle experienced by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden ever since it was lost through sin entering into the world. Now you can participate in ushering in this reformation of spiritual intimacy to the Church and the world.
Are you accustomed to a steady stream of talk or music? Your culture makes this available to you continuously. As a result are you uncomfortable with silence? Is there value in everything you listen to? My model of communication is one of silence interrupted by profound thoughts of revelation.
Are you surrounded by an unlimited number of needs; any one of which you could commit all your time and money to? In my time on earth I faced the same limitations you do. I could go to a finite number of places and minister to a finite number of people.
Do you prefer to make mistakes that you can catch and correct yourself, or ones that are caught by others and brought back to you? The easiest correction you can receive is that which you give yourself. Yet to have this easy form of correction you must be open to receive it.
My child I love you. I made you in my image and prepared a world for you that reflects my goodness. You have an abundance of resources for life even though you may have to labor and till to make the earth bring them forth.
