Every Act of Obedience Puts Satan on Notice - Journaling Prayer by LaWanda

LaWanda – O Lord Jesus, I bow before you today, this day of remembrance of the 9/11 terrorists attacks.  As I watch the stories of survivors, it brought back to my mind the absolute horror of that day.  Thank you, Lord, that there have not been more attacks since then and I pray, Lord, that you would protect us even now.  Jesus, we as a country do not deserve it, but we ask it because you are merciful.  Protect us from this EVIL, Lord.

I see you today, Lord, sitting beside me.  It is as in those days when I was getting up at 3am to pray and you would, as I was praying, “give me” all those other things to do later.  You spoke to me so much as I was interceding for others.  And I see from today that is what you want to do again.  As I am interceding, as I am reading my Bible, as I am writing my Journaling Prayer, you are bringing things to mind for me.   Thank you, Jesus, that this season has returned.  Thank you for your grace on this new season, Lord Jesus.  I praise you and give you honor and Glory, Lord.  Thank you, my precious, precious Jesus

Jesus – LaWanda, dear one, my precious, precious child.  How I love you.  I love it when we sit together and you listen as Holy Spirit whispers in your ear.  Because you have learned what our voice sounds like, it is easy to hear.  All that is left is for you to obey.

This morning as you read your Journaling Prayer from 2019, it inspired you.  It reminded you of My presence and how I have continually revealed Myself to you since you started this process.  And all because you have come to sit before Me.   How many times have I said, “In order to receive, you must be in a place to receive.”?  And that is what your coming has done.  It has put you in a place to receive.  How could I NOT pour Myself out on you when you tell Me, “…Every morning I lay out the pieces of my life on the altar and wait for your fire to fall upon me.”?  How could I NOT?  The very act of your coming to sit before Me is a form of worship, dear one, and as I said in the Passion, “Your loving eyes of worship have uncovered my heart and laid it bare for you.”*

As you continue on this journey with Me, LaWanda, the best REALLY is yet to come, for your heart has never been intwined with mine the way it is now.  Now that I have brought, “I cannot bear to do another thing I do not want to do” up for healing, you have been set free.  You have no idea of how this has changed things.  None of the old mindsets remain entrenched.  They are still there but every time you obey My promptings, they are diminished!  Every time!!!

Your obedience is the key to KEEPING your mental and emotional freedom.  Every act of obedience puts Satan on notice that he no longer holds ground where he once did.  He will not like it and will continue to poke and prod, hoping to break through.  But every act of your obedience will strengthen the wall of faith through which he now cannot enter.  For every time he tries, you will be like David when he faced Goliath, saying:

You come to me with a sword of negative thinking, past behavior and old beliefs that are no longer true.  Strongholds that have already been dismantled.  But I come to you in the Name  of Jesus the Christ, the Lord of Hosts, whom you have defied.  This day…in this VERY moment, the Lord has delivered me from your assault and you shall NOT prevail.  This battle is the Lord’s  and the outcome was decided before you were even created.  ♪♪ My God is an awesome God who reigns from heaven above with wisdom, power and love, My God is an awesome God. ♪♪  Now get OUT…LEAVE…in the MIGHTY Name of Jesus.  **

O yes, dear one, your best days TRULY are yet to come.  You have been set free and it will show up in a multitude of ways.  Better sleep.  More energy. Less procrastination.  Actually doing those things you truly WANT to do!  Speaking with a HOLY BOLDNESS like never before, for the old wounds are no longer there to hold you back.   It is like a Coke bottle that has been shaken up and then uncapped.  This is the force with which you are moving forward, dear one. And know, in no uncertain terms, that I AM IN IT.  I AM in it ALL!
