LaWanda – Jesus precious Lord, my Savior, my King. I am so in AWE of you. Your way is so much better than the enemy’s. You gently convict. Satan harshly condemns. There is no love in his condemnation. Whereas your conviction is filled with love and encouragement that leads to obedience. Thank you, Jesus, for loving me so.
I see you today, Lord, blowing the breath of your Spirit across the earth. Somehow there is both fire and rain in it. At first I don’t see how this could be. Why doesn’t the rain drown out the fire? I don’t know how, Lord, but they are just there together, and they are covering the earth. There is nowhere that they are not. There is enough for every soul on earth to have both – to be baptized in water and by fire. O Lord, I have been baptized in water, how I long to be baptized by YOUR fire.
Jesus – LaWanda, My dear one, My precious, precious one. You already have them both. You were raised from the waters of baptism to show your world “I follow Jesus.” The fire symbolizes My power in you. Since the day you said “Yes” to Me, you have had them both, but the fire has been like the flame of a birthday candle. By using your faith, that flame will eventually become a bonfire. Every time you step out in faith, you add fuel to the fire. Every time you pray for someone or give your testimony, you add fuel to this fire within you and it GROWS. So pray, pray, pray, dear one. Look to Me, the author and finisher of your faith and trust that I will bring to completion ALL that concerns you. As you step out in faith, I will blow My breath on you to fan the flames. For without My breath on it, your faith and your works will die. See yourself praying for people and see them being touched by Me. See them being healed in the very moment you are speaking My word over them. See them RECEIVING every verse of Scripture that you speak. See them taking it in and it coming alive in them, building their faith at the very moment it is spoken, and their bodies are healed. See them in your mind’s eye, LaWanda, over and over again and you will see it become reality. Hear yourself as you speak these words of life. This is not mind over matter, it is “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.” Even as they hear My word that you pray over them, their faith to receive what I have for them increases. As you hear My word come out of your mouth, your faith is increased as well. And the fire within you grows. It is a no-lose situation. Everyone wins in this one, LaWanda. The person being prayed for receives what they need, the person praying is blessed for their obedience and, I get the glory for it all. Keep praying, dear one. Just keep on praying.
