Hi everyone--I am on lesson seven of the Counseled by God School of the Spirit course. It is the chapter on moving from fear to faith. In this lesson we ask the Lord to help us see our fears and hear his voice in moving from fear to faith.

I have been hearing God's voice for about 4 years now.  A big issue the Lord has spoken to me and counselled me on over the years is fear.

When I followed the instructions in chapter seven, I asked the Lord to show me my fears, very little came up.  I decided to go through a journal I kept a couple of years ago and I found this message from Him.

Joanne, may my Spirit pour through you... from this day on--may you be a blessing to others---may you grow in my strength - - may you be filled with my joy and peace --AND MAY YOU NEVER BE AFRAID---KNOWING I AM ALWAYS WITH YOU!!!!!

I wrote this message from Jesus about two years ago and am overwhelmed by the change He has brought in me since then. He has diminished my old fearful existence and replaced it with His presence. I sense HE has removed me from the centre of my focus and taught me to focus so much more on HIM. I know I have a long way to go but HE has brought me a long way out of a life of fear.

I am overwhelmed with thanks to my Lord.

I am ever thankful for Jesus---He is everything and I pray to grow so I can be a blessing for His kingdom.
