God Releases REVIVAL

God's Spirit, voice, and anointing release to us...

1.  Words coming from the Spirit release life. 

• It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words (rhemas) that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life (Jn. 6:63).

2.  The River of LIFE brings forth fruit and healing. 

• Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations (Rev. 22:1-2).

3. This River of the Holy Spirit FLOWS within.

• Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'" But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive (Jn. 7:37-39).

4.  The River of the Holy Spirit releases Wonderful Counsel. 

• God places thoughts in our hearts (Dan. 2, note verse 30 NKJV).
• My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me (Jn. 10:27).
• Jesus lived out of the Father's initiative, doing only what He heard and saw His Father doing (Jn. 5:19,20,30). We honor His example by living tuned to the Holy Spirit's voice, vision and emotions which we experience as flowing thoughts, flowing pictures and flowing emotions coming to us as our eyes are fixed on Jesus. This allows us to live and walk by the Spirit (Gal. 5:25).

5.  The Lord commands the blessing upon those who honor His voice! 

Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God (Deut. 28:1 – 14 NKJV):

• Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.
• Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.
• Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.
• Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.
• The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.
• The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
• The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways.
• Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you.
• And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.
• The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand.
• You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

6. Angels herald God's messages to mankind

• But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people; for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. "This will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased" (Lk. 2:10-14).

6. Dreams grant revelation of God's purposes (King Nebuchadnezzar's dream)

• In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever. Inasmuch as you saw that a stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it crushed the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold, the great God has made known to the king what will take place in the future; so the dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy (Dan. 2:44-45).
