Eric, theology by itself is never going to work out. All studies are to be completed while you are in My presence and receiving My revelation. If this is not your posture, then it is just information. This is clear to you today, because you have just studied about “Sound Doctrine Through Revelation Knowledge.” However I want you to develop this heart posture into a discipline for your entire life. In the moment that you stop seeking Me for My revelation which comes from My presence, in that moment you could become a false teacher.
A Christian graduating from a Bible School may already be a false teacher. Christian maturity is not the letters behind one’s name or the title one has. Christian maturity comes from receiving and acting upon revelation knowledge. Pride is in the heart of the false teacher. The humble in heart receive My revelation. Walk humbly before Me that you not become a false teacher.
