How does God view me?

Questions I asked the Lord: Lord, since it is Christ living through me, how am I to see myself (Gal. 2:20)? How do You see me?

God grants wonderful pictures and illumination 

Mark, see yourself radiating My divine light, for that is how I see you. You ARE shining with the radiance of My glory. It glows from every part of your body. Some would call it an aura, others call it a biofield. I call it the glory of the Lord. For those who walk in the light, this light shines brighter and brighter. You can see this in each person’s countenance. One’s countenance is the presence they carry of light or darkness. For those who live in darkness, the light becomes dimmed, damaged, and darkened.

You are the light of the world. The world dwells in darkness. You dwell in the light of My glory. You reflect the light of My glory because you tune continuously to My River of Life that flows within you. You drink from My Fountain of Living Waters. You feast on My daily manna. You yield to My will for your life. You follow My leading. You say, “Yes, Lord,” so My Spirit is not quenched within you.

Thus, you are the radiance of My glory. Behold, I have spoken. So be it. Continue to walk in My light that My light may continue to shine forth.

Thank You, Lord, I receive this vision of myself, and choose to continue to follow the lead of Your Spirit.

Reflections

In the Middle Ages, the light that was emitted by followers of Christ was seen/pictured as a halo around saints’ heads. Words which express this radiance around the human body include countenance, aura, biofield, and the glory of the Lord. These may be somewhat complementary and overlapping terms. Kirlian photography can be used to take pictures of the light that surrounds all living things.

Since a picture is worth one thousand words, it is important that we see ourselves the same way God sees us. Therefore, let’s journal and see what God has to say to you about His vision of you!

2. God is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. (2 Cor. 4:6)
3. "The eye is the lamp of your body; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body also is full of darkness. "Then watch out that the light in you is not darkness. (Lk. 11:34-35).
4. The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness until now. (1 Jn. 2:9)
5. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. (Matt. 5:16)
6. But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day. (Prov. 4:18)
