Improve Relationships by Learning to Ask GOOD Questions

I enjoy being engaged with people in meaningful conversations. I can learn to ask GOOD exploratory questions which get people to open up and share about themselves, and I get to learn, and we enter into a deeper, friendlier relationship. But it is quite a skill learning to do this.

Well, I just read a book that has probably 1200 good questions you can ask, and they are all categorized so you can easily find great questions for any situation. Covering the gamut from basic techniques like options and actions to advanced concepts such as challenge and reframing questions. It is: Coaching Questions: A Coach's Guide to Powerful Asking Skills and can be purchased here.
