I am walking along the Sea of Galilee with you.

Let me fall to my knees
and worship you
with outstretched hands!

Oh my God and King!
I adore you above the heavens.
Above the beautiful sky
and water
and grassy fields!
Above all that is in my life
and my life itself!
Let me pour out my heart to you,
as I would pour water
over your feet
to wash them!

I am yours, my love!
I am yours, my King!
Teach me to love you
with the same love
that you love me—
love without end!
It pours from my heart
in quiet,
speechless
praise and awe!

My heart calls to you!
Closer!
I long to be closer
and closer still
to you, my God!
Oh, the joy and honor

For the mountains

And the valleys
kneel down in homage.
The leaves of the trees
clap their joyous tambourines
And the flowers shiver and bob
in adoration.

And the match that fits
in every aspect.
I have designed you
and formed you,
And you satisfy
my every heart’s desire.
Your radiance
outshines the sun,
And your glory
out-shimmers
the glittering moon.
The planets are your footstool,
and the clouds
your robes of white.

with your loveliness!

You are my Bride
and the Faithful Companion

Let this velvet glove
that fits so well

And laugh and weep
in concert
with my Spirit.

I lay my hand across my heart
and swear my undying love,
And with bowed head
you accept.
Then, with the bold courage
of a lady loved,

Put your hand in mine,
and let us turn
and face
the multitudes
together.
Our Father has pronounced
His decree of blessing
over us
in the midst of the assembly,
And His Word
shall endure
eternally!

Come, my love!
The feast is prepared
and the guests are cheering.
Let us lift our cups together
and toast
this joyous occasion!

For the consummation
of Creation
is at hand,
And every good creature rejoices
at the sound
of our voices.

Rise up,
oh armies of the Lord!
Let your joy be heard
in all your ranks!
For the King rules over all
And his Bride
stands close
at his side—
pure and radiant
as the clouds.

Hush, my Bride,
and hear
the thunderous
applause!
My kingdom I share,
my armies stand
at your bidding,
And my riches will fill
your coffers
to everlasting.
For you have put me first,
and honored me
above all else.
Your heart is securely mine,
for better or for worse,
for richer or for poorer,
in sickness and in health.
You have chosen me
to be the love of your life
And filled your heart
with my presence.
Therefore, you will rule forever
at my side
And rejoice to worship
your God and King.

And all of heaven and earth
clasped hands
and shouted,
“Amen!”

Let us whisper
to each other
an answering,
“Amen. So be it.”

And so,
we will live
happily ever after
in the house of our Father—
never to part.

Even so,
let the scribes say,
“Amen”
As the first book is closed
and the second one is opened
in anticipation of
eternity.

Eye hath not seen,
nor ear heard,
Nor has it entered
into your heart
What I have prepared for you,

into the horizon,
