Lord, show me the areas of my heart that are wounded and which You would like to heal. Do I have a fullness of faith, hope and love concerning: Day 1 - My family:
Vision: I see a forest with the sun shining through the trees. And I see Jesus wearing a white robe walking in the scenery. And I see myself as a little girl wearing a white robe and Jesus kneels down to come and greet me. I give Him my teddy bear and I lean in to hug Him. He opened the palm of my hand and is showing me something. It seems He is putting something in it. I see the vision showing me a scope of the forest, like through a “camera lens”. As I am “watching” the surrounding area of the forest, I see a black hooded figure standing in the scenery and I see Jesus come up behind Him and He puts out His hand to him in a “stop” motion and I see the figure leave. Jesus turns over to me.
Jesus: Cathy, as you were looking at your surroundings in the forest, there was something unpleasant, something demonic. That, My dear, is your fear. It is an unhealed wound in your heart that has happened with the grief that you endured that has left trauma within you. Deep down, the fear of “what if…” is lurking. And it tires you. I have come to give you life, and in abundance. That abundant life is peace and hope and courage. It is a sure foundation in Me that no matter what life brings, I am good and sovereign and all is for a purpose. Do not fear for what is to come. But come and lay down your burdens and sorrows at My feet. I will stop and calm your fears. I will speak life. (I see a quick vision of lightening and raging seas and how Jesus stops it). I know you want to heal so you can move forward with true hope and security. I know you want to be a healed and effective servant for My glory. And in order for you to be that, you must become undone in My presence.
I am taking you on this journey, step by step, and undoing what needs to be undone piece by piece, as much as you can take; for I am gentle and kind and loving. I will mend back the broken pieces into something beautiful for My glory. You will have healing and you will have freedom, and a deeper security and assurance in Me like you’ve never had before. Even in the midst of the trials of life, where the winds and waves are crashing and threatening, I will be your true peace and anchor. You will reach a state that nothing can shake you. Just as you have shown me from the beginning of the grief that you were set on Me, it will be even more in the future, this confidence of faith, if you allow and take My hand to heal you in this time, in the present. There is hope for you, My child. Lift up your head and walk with Me. I will take care of your husband and mother and loved ones. Surrender them to Me. Trust in My loving kindness and tender mercy. I love you, dear Cathy.
Cathy: Amen, amen Lord. I receive Your words and heart and the peace that You have given me. I breathe in this peace and let go of the fears and surrender all to You. Yes, heal me Lord, so that I can walk in freedom and faith and hope. Thank You, Lord, for You are good and kind and gentle. I love You.
