Lord, show me the areas of my heart that are wounded and which You would like to heal. Do I have a fullness of faith, hope and love concerning: Day 2 - My life:
Vision: I’m looking through a “camera lens” of what is in front of me. It is nighttime and we’re driving down a path of light snow. I see an aurora of beautiful shades of green and blue ahead of me in the sky. Then we draw near a town filled with houses. I see Jesus standing. He is carrying a paper in His hand, as if a list, and He’s checking it.
Jesus: Cathy, I am looking at “the list” which is an inventory of your life. In the stillness of your spirit, there is a mixture of beauty and hope, but just like the night sky, something needs to light up. You have been deeply affected by the pain, though you are not where you were, because of your constant surrendering to Me. And I am proud of every will and decision and step you took. But there is more, My child. Your being needs to be healed and restored so that you can be built up in more strength and boldness and beauty of spirit once again. Do not lose the fire, do not lose the light within you. Let it shine. Let My light shine through you. Do not be discouraged from the sorrows and disappointments. I know your plans and dreams took a different turn. One that is unpleasant to you. But is necessary for My plans in your life. I know the unexpectedness in life, whether personal or spiritual, took a different turn. But it is all to shape you into the person I have called you to be.
As I have shared with you this morning in your quiet time, it is a confirmation even more now, before glory comes suffering. How important is the suffering. And how beautiful it can become if surrender into My hands. For only I can make beauty from ashes. Only I can restore and heal what is broken. Only I can bring life from what is dead. Only I can call forth light into darkness. It was My Spirit that was hovering over the earth when it was formless, and I ordered it to come into vividness. For it is I who sees the formless figure before Me, and knit him or her carefully and lovingly into the wombs of those I have blessed. So, receive and embrace the journey to come. Don’t be afraid to face the pain. I am there with you. There will be healing and beauty, and your life will be restored for the better. I am giving you, at a young age, wisdom and life teachings that can only come from experience, especially painful ones. But nothing is out of control; all matter is in My hands. So, breathe and take My hand and walk with Me, child, in this journey of life and watch how I will move in healing, in love, in power and in hope. You are precious to Me. Take heart.
Cathy: Yes amen, Lord. Thank You for speaking hope and love into my being. Thank You for not leaving me and for holding me near and for caring for me. I bow down and surrender all. I trust You, Lord, and I want to walk this life’s journey with You, no matter the cost. I choose to believe in Your words and know that there is more, there is hope, and purpose. You are good, how much I love You, Lord.
