Jan Henderson has recently begun the Hearing God's Voice Training Module through CLU School of the Spirit.

Jan Henderson shares this story of God's leading for her son. I have a son in prison that has been going through a really rough time. He has had a long history of drug abuse and depression and prison. He has gone back numerous times because he doesn’t stay clean and sober. I know that God has his hand upon him and the devil is taking his licks.

Mark Virkler continues his in-depth interview with his daughter Charity Kayembe on the topic of her new book, Everyday Angels.

Question: Let’s start with an email from a reader. I received the following response to our latest article stating, “I do wonder about the practices mentioned in Colossians 2 and the worship of angels...” This is a good point! What about those Scriptures? What is it that Paul is trying to tell us?

A joint article by Mark Virkler and Charity Virkler Kayembe

Are you looking for a way to get through to your unsaved friend or child or parent, but there seems to be a spiritual block as they just don’t see, hear or respond? Well, there probably is a spiritual wall there, and you can impact it through binding and loosing, partnering with the company of heaven.

“Binding” is tying up demonic forces and “loosing” is commissioning angelic forces and releasing the Holy Spirit to convict one’s heart. God always leads us in this process.

Mark Virkler's picture

You are ministering to a person and you sense a pain in your shoulder and you therefore conclude the person you are praying for has a pain in their shoulder and needs prayer for it. What is this? Is this biblical? Is this compatible with Scripture? If this is a gift of the Spirit, can I become more skilled in utilizing this gift? What do you think?

The cell phone is set to “do not disturb” as I lay down for a nap. When I awake, I spend the afternoon in the garden. I think of phoning Mother several times, but since tomorrow is Mother’s Day, I will wait until then. I plan to end Saturday night watching an episode of Lt. Columbo. During a commercial, I hear the phone vibrating. There are six calls and four messages, all from my brother, over a two-hour time period. Something is terribly wrong. I suspect it is news about my Dad’s failing health and brace myself.
