Question from a Searching Pastor: Several in my congregation have asked, “Where in the Scriptures are we told to ‘picture’ or visualize Jesus, since both 2 Corinthians 5:6, 7 and 1 Peter 1: 7, 8 say that we don’t see Jesus?" Today it is so easy to look around and see all the evil and corruption, get totally disgusted and depressed, say, “There is no hope” and then simply sink into despair.
Well, if you are there, then praise God, because you now have an awesome opportunity to repent and get on with your life, and get on with the abiding realities of faith, hope and love.
