We’re all familiar with the oft-quoted passage from Ephesians 6 that warns us of spiritual warfare: Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand firm against the Devil’s strategies. For our struggle is not against human opponents, but against rulers, authorities, cosmic powers in the darkness around us, and evil spiritual forces in the heavenly realm.
I do agree that “a picture is worth 1000 words.” I wonder if TV, movies, and video newscasts are worth MORE than 1000 words? If so, can their power be countered in any way? Unbelievable, isn’t it? I was taught drinking coffee was damaging to one’s health, so I didn’t drink it for most of my life. In recent years studies have proven the exact opposite.
For many years I studied the Bible incorrectly, and it produced death rather than life.
