The advancements in medical science are truly amazing right now, and what is going to be unleashed over the next few years is likely to blow us away.

I enjoy being engaged with people in meaningful conversations. I can learn to ask GOOD exploratory questions which get people to open up and share about themselves, and I get to learn, and we enter into a deeper, friendlier relationship. But it is quite a skill learning to do this.

I am a gardener. I love to grow vegetables and flowers. It is part of my heritage. My Father was raised on a farm my grandmother had a one-acre vegetable garden that she fed her family from. My parents always grew vegetables. There is something very soothing about being in the garden and getting your hands in the dirt.
A strong immune system is what keeps you healthy. Science has confirmed in numerous studies that kindness builds your immune system. Below are summaries from some of these studies, found and reprinted from various sources cited.
