This is followed by supporting Scripture verses. She leaves nearly 20 lined pages in the back of her book for you to do your own journaling with Jesus. I wrote the foreword and included the four keys to hearing God's voice as well.

Refresh my mind so that my mind is alive. Refresh my soul, Lord, so that my heart is turned toward you, eager to spend time with you. Thank you, Lord, that I do not have to carry guilt and condemnation around with me. I can refuse to accept it at all and move forward, coming again to your feet.
