Here are prayers that facilitate the abiding realities of faith, hope, and love (1 Cor. 13:13), which in turn position me to experience God’s miracle-working power.

How to pray prayers which build faith, hope, and love!
These Spirit-guided prayers are entered into as we tune to (and receive) the Spirit's voice (flowing thoughts), His vision (flowing pictures), and His energizing (flowing power). "With all prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit" (Eph. 6:18). This is not hard. Do the following four simple things.
Hearing God's voice is as simple as: 1) quieting down (Ps. 62:1-5), 2) beholding Jesus at my right hand (Ps. 16:8; Acts 2:25), 3) asking for His revelation and tuning to flowing thoughts and flowing pictures (Jn. 7:37-39; Jer. 2:13; 10 pictures), and 4) recording this flow (Hab. 2:1,2; Rev. 1:9-11). I then test it, ensuring it lines up with Scripture (Ps. 1:2; Jn. 10:35; 1 Thess. 5:2) and is affirmed in the hearts of my three spiritual advisors (2 Cor. 13:1; Prov. 11:14). See this link.
- Hearing and seeing Him in action causes our prayers to be anointed with wisdom, power, and grace.
- Continuing to meditate ONLY on His words and visions removes any grumbling, doubt, and fear.
I stay tuned to His voice as I ask about any steps of obedience He is asking me to take to fully release this miracle. Obedience not only releases God's blessing and anointing (Deut. 28) but also functions to meet the needs of our bodies, souls, and spirits.
Specific examples of these prayers
Experiencing compassion and forgiveness
I experience God’s LOVE and compassion by forgiving everything against everyone (including myself) so I can be forgiven by God.
- "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you your transgressions." (Mk. 11:25)
- "You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives in an understanding way, as with someone weaker, since she is a woman; and show her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers will not be hindered." (1 Pet. 3:7)
- Journal activation: Lord, whom would You have me extend heart forgiveness toward? Show them to me as You see them.
Experiencing the gift of faith
I receive the gift of faith by asking for it, and sense the change within as God deposits it in my soul.
- And Jesus answered and said to them, "Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it will happen. "And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matt. 21:21-22)
- Faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the spoken word (rhema) of Christ. (Rom 10:17)
- Does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? (Gal.3:5)
- Journal activation: Lord, circumcise my heart. Cut out fear and doubt, and deposit within me the gift of faith, so that I am empowered to believe all that You have promised. (Now pause and watch Him do this.)
Experiencing hope, thankfulness, rejoicing
By gazing continually upon the vision of victory He has provided me in the area I prayed about, I will experience and express my thankfulness for the wonders of His grace.
- Sing to the LORD a new song, For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him. (Ps. 98:1)
- From the mouth of infants and nursing babes You have established strength Because of Your adversaries, To make the enemy and the revengeful cease. (Ps. 8:2).
- Compare the above verse, Psalm 8:2, to how Matthew 21:16 changes it: 'OUT OF THE MOUTH OF INFANTS AND NURSING BABIES YOU HAVE PREPARED PRAISE FOR YOURSELF'" (Matt. 21:16).
- Application: Lord, I see from the Scriptures that You establish strength and make my enemies cease as I praise You that You HAVE already accomplished that which You have revealed to me. Lord, I see it done, and I praise You that IT IS DONE! IT IS DONE! IT IS DONE!
- My praise releases strength which silences the voice of the accuser.
My declaration
- Faith is the victory that has overcome the world. (1 Jn. 5:4)
- Thank you, Lord, for You make my heart overflow with joy.
- Thank you, Lord, for Your deposit of FAITH that Your victory is already accomplished!
- My heart overflows with gratitude, and I rejoice before Your throne. I worship You! The true and the living God.
