Do not neglect the spiritual gift within you, which was bestowed on you through prophetic utterance with the laying on of hands by the presbytery. (1 Tim. 4:14)
Mark, you can release to others, that which has been born within you. I have birthed within you revelation knowledge of how one hears My voice, sees My vision, and releases My power. So, release these gifts to all whom you touch, so that My voice and vision may be spread to others throughout the earth.
You can impart them through the spoken word, the written word, and through touch. Touch is a point of contact where divine energizing can be imparted, as it was with the woman who touched My robe and was healed (Mk. 5:25-29). So yes, you can touch this screen, and the believing reader can touch their screen and receive in faith the gifts I am offering through you today, to others.
OK, Lord, I touch my screen now, and I release to all believing readers who touch their screens the clarity to easily hear God’s voice and see His visions. I also release the anointing to teach others how to hear God’s voice and receive God’s vision. In addition, I release the gift of faith to believe that the flow within is the River of the Holy Spirit. Faith arise! Faith arise! Faith Arise!
To those reading or hearing this message, speak the following in faith …
I believe that the flow within me is the River of the Holy Spirit! I receive the gift of faith. I receive the gift of faith. I receive the gift of faith. Faith arise! Faith arise! Faith arise!
I receive the anointing to hear God’s voice, see His vision, and teach others how to hear and see. As I teach others I will say:
- God’s voice is sensed as flowing thoughts
- God’s vision is sensed as flowing pictures
- The flow of thoughts and pictures comes from the vision being held before your eyes, so fix your eyes on Jesus Whom you see at your right hand (Heb. 12:1; Acts 2:25).
- By taking these steps the flow will be pure. Test what you receive with scripture and with your two or three spiritual advisors. Amen!
The additional instructions that were given to Timothy
Take pains with these things; be absorbed in them, so that your progress will be evident to all. Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in these things, for as you do this, you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you. (1 Tim. 4:15-16)

Mark, you are concerned that some will mock. Yes, they will, just as years ago you mocked Oral Roberts when he had people touch their radios as an act of faith to be healed. You began as a mocker, but now look at you. You are a believer!
Who is this message for? It is for believers. There were many that day who were touching Me in the crowd, and they were not healed (Mk. 5:30,31). Those who touch Me in faith will receive. Others will not. That is the way of life. It is when you reach out and touch Me in faith than My provision is released in your life. So touch Me in faith this day.

- Lord, what would You speak to me today concerning receiving and releasing the anointing to hear and see You, and teaching others to hear and see You? How do You want me to spread revival?
Hearing God's voice is as simple as: 1) quieting down (Ps. 62:1-5), 2) beholding Jesus at my right hand (Ps. 16:8; Acts 2:25), 3) asking for His revelation and tuning to flowing thoughts and flowing pictures (Jn. 7:37-39; Jer. 2:13; 10 pictures), and 4) recording this flow (Hab. 2:1,2; Rev. 1:9-11). I then test it, ensuring it lines up with Scripture (Ps. 1:2; Jn. 10:35; 1 Thess. 5:2) and is affirmed in the hearts of my three spiritual advisors (2 Cor. 13:1; Prov. 11:14). See this link.
