True love

I quiet myself: “I am here, Lord. I set the children up to play. I still myself before You, ask for vision and trust You to speak what You have on Your heart for me today. I watch and listen for You. Watch over my children, Lord. I pray that play well together”.

My Lord speaks: “In the same way your youngest son put on your husband’s socks today, and your children like to put on your shoes and your husband’s shoes, they put on “you”. They agree with you and who you are. This is a great example of intercession and agreement. As you speak, your children become. Call out who I created them to be. Call out what I placed in them. My love is perfect. It nurtures and pulls out the best in others. Love them as I love you. Love them out of My love. I do not make demands of you, rather I gently invite you to come alongside Me and agree with Me. True love creates trust. True love is safe. When they know they are truly loved and truly nurtured, they will choose to come to you and fellowship with you because they trust you. It’s not about compliance on the outside. Its about their hearts. True love wins hearts. I won yours with Mine. True love does not control. Fear controls. True love invites. True love is a choice. It is a choice to give it, and a choice to receive it when it is given. I gave My life for you because I love you. You chose to receive My sacrifice of true love. I did not demand that you do so. True love invites, it does not demand or control. But when you chose My true love, you chose life for eternity. My true love is perfect. If you love your children out of My true and perfect love, you will win their hearts. True love always wins. Your love is imperfect, but look to Me. In Me, you see perfect love. From Me, you receive perfect love. Remain in Me. Abide in Me. Keep your hand in Mine. Keep your eyes fixed on Me that My perfect love flows through you, that it is My lifeforce that pulses through your veins, not your own. Then you can love them out of My love. Then you can love them as I love them.”
