We almost all discover that our spouses are very different from us! This can produce huge issues and even separation or it can produce what God intended it to produce: wholeness, harmony, unity and balance. Will I judge, dishonor, scorn and separate or will I honor, accept, receive and grow. The choice is mine.
Opposites Attract Bringing Wholeness and Balance
God speaks: Wholeness, harmony, unity and balance are the attributes which are resident in Us (The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit). These are the attributes We are seeking to cultivate in the human race. These are the attributes which got lost in separation from Almighty God. These are the attributes I wish to restore to your life.
Each one comes into the world with their unique giftedness and their own talents to make their own way in the world. However, idiosyncrasies develop which are not healthy. Extremism develops which is not healthy. Segregation develops which is not healthy. Each of these is an imbalance to which demons attach. Each needs to be restored.
The restoration is to occur in committed, honoring, authentic relationships, such as those which are to exist in a family. That is why the one who is to be considered for eldership is one who has managed his family well. For in so doing, he has learned to honor, to love, to submit, to come to balance and maturity. This is one of the purposes and goals of a good marriage relationship - coming to maturity together.
The gifts in honoring and committing to those who are opposite from you is that you are strengthened in areas where you are weak and you are balanced in areas where you tend toward extremism.
My presence brings one to balance. My voice brings one to balance. Honoring others brings one to balance.
So come, live in My presence and you will experience My health, My balance, My truth and My restoration.
