Jesus speaks
Mark, everyone is HUNGRY for love. They need a touch of My love daily, as it feeds their hearts and their spirits and gives life to their bodies. It is fresh daily manna. As you write and speak, you are to: 1) model My life flow within your presentation, 2) remind others how to easily experience my voice themselves, and 3) coach them in doing so. They will come alive! This is what they hunger for.
They just have never been offered this opportunity in a simple, straightforward, clear presentation. You CAN offer this to My people as you write, preach, and teach.
MODEL in your presentation the reality that Jesus is speaking by ...
- Including a bit of our journaling within your articles, blogs, chapters in a book, or when we preach, teach, or speak. I have provided an example of including some journaling in this blog. (See the above section, "Jesus speaks.")
REMIND people of the 4 Keys to hearing God's voice
Copy or share ONE of the following summaries of the 4 Keys at the end of the presentation. Ask God to lead you as to which summary to use in each situation.
4 Keys full-length statement
- Hearing God's voice is as simple as: 1) quieting down (Ps. 62:1-5), 2) beholding Jesus at my right hand (Ps. 16:8; Acts 2:25), 3) asking for His revelation and tuning to flowing thoughts and flowing pictures (Jn. 7:37-39; Jer. 2:13), and 4) recording this flow (Hab. 2:1,2; Rev. 1:9-11). I then test it, ensuring it lines up with Scripture (Ps. 1:2; Jn. 10:35; 1 Thess. 5:2) and is affirmed in the hearts of my three spiritual advisors (2 Cor. 13:1). See this link.

COACH - Have people interact directly with God through journaling and, if in a group setting, have them share their journaling in groups of two.
You conclude with a journaling exercise as exemplified below. You ask a specific application question related to the article they have just read (see example below).

- Question: Lord, what would You speak to me concerning drawing my audience into a living encounter with You? (Give them 3-4 minutes to journal).
If in a group, make time as you close for people to read to another what they have received from the Lord, using groups of two, for 4-5 minutes. They read their journaling to each other (unless it is too personal) and affirm one another that what they just heard is indeed God speaking. This builds them up in faith!
In summary
Living encounters promote revival! Most people have never been exposed to a training experience as described above. You are facilitating the release of Spirit encounter for your readers, leading them into an encounter with Jesus where they do indeed hear His voice (Jn. 10:27) and see His visions.
You have modeled that we CAN hear from Jesus, reminded them of four simple keys to doing so, and led them in to experiencing His voice by presenting them with a question to journal about.
You have encouraged them by having them break into groups of two, and asked them to read their journaling, so they are affirmed that they did hear from God. They have received and released life one to one another!

- Another way to encounter God as a group is to include praying for one another. This can be provided by having people come to the altar or by having people break up into small groups to pray for those around them who are in need. You can invite people to share their testimony of how God touched them through the prayer. This can be very faith-building for the entire group!
