Biblical techniques of vision and journaling will be combined to help one discern and clarify the spontaneous thoughts that come from God. (Key verses: Habakkuk 2:1-4) The goal is that one commune (converse) with God through the fellowship of the Holy Spirit and that this communion flow both ways.
Important: This is the core Lamad module for all of our trainees. We require everyone to start their training with Communion With God as it teaches you to clearly hear Gods voice, to see vision and to do two-way journaling. These skills will revolutionize your devotional life and are used in every subsequent training module.
Becoming a Spirit-Led Pastor Click to order	$154.99	This module will take you on a journey whether you are a brand new pastor coming into your first season of ministry, or an experienced pastor of many years transitioning into a new flock. Even if you're not in transition, if it's just time for some revitalization, this module will set you up to dive into the Spirit and seek His perfect wisdom as you lead by following Him and set an example before His people.
Becoming a Youth Specialist Click to order	$178.99	This module will be a broad overview of redefining what a Youth Minister really is. How do you become a Youth Specialist? How do you maintain the status of the Specialist? What does it mean that you specialize in reaching and discipling young people of this generation? What are the nuances? NOTE: This module requires the trainee to apply the principles being studied to an actual youth group. If you are not currently working with a youth group, you will need to develop a relationship with one for the duration of this module.
Counseled by God Click to order	$231.85	God's Spirit is a "Wonderful Counselor". We will let God speak to our hearts and counsel us about the basic emotional pressures of life. These include anger, doubt, depression, condemnation and inferiority. We will learn to let God replace these with His opposites, as His voice releases grace within our hearts. Those whom the Son sets free are free indeed.
Prayers That Heal the Heart Click to order	$224.85	This module teaches a series of seven specific prayers that will break bondages within your heart caused by spiritual forces. These prayers include breaking generational sins and curses; severing ungodly soul ties; removing negative beliefs and inner vows; healing traumatic scenes; and casting out demonic energy that has connected itself to these inner wounds of the heart and soul. Apprenticed to Leadership Click to order	$166.94	Mentoring or apprenticeship was Jesus style of training. He committed Himself to twelve intense relationships for about a year and a half, raising up leaders after Him who turned the world upside down for His sake. In this module, we will explore the mentoring relationship from both sides: as an apprentice who is learning from a leader and as a leader who is developing his team.
