Lord, Holy Spirit, Master Teacher, thank You for having me read Dennis Walker’s "Catching the initiatives of Heaven". With what You have been teaching me, I could have written much of this book. And there were added jewels of wisdom for my benefit! Wow, Lord, we do not work in a vacuum with you! What do I do with this book? What else, Lord?
If you faced an enormous task that you could not complete by yourself, would you want to choose the people to assist, to have a hand-picked team?
Do you like to get gifts? Isn’t this more pleasant than having to shop and spend your own money on something for yourself? People who love you can buy for you the same things you can buy for yourself, but I give you gifts that are not available for purchase.
Have you ever heard of someone exceeding their usual level of authority in a crisis to intervene effectively to avoid disaster? They are generally recognized as heroes for being bold and decisive when it was necessary to save the day. In an emergency you can assume the authority you need to get the job done.

The greatest fruit we have seen in our ministry in Africa is from teaching how to hear God’s voice because the pastors are being transformed and as they hear God and obey they are bearing much fruit. Just since we have left there one Pastor in Uganda will be baptizing 8 Muslims who have converted due to his ministry of inviting them into his home and our equipping with materials on winning Muslims to Christ. He even teaches them the four keys to hearing God's voice and God speaks to them and they desire salvation. The other thing we see is that many people are delivered from bondages as they confess sins and repent of witchcraft and unforgiveness as well as many other things. This often leads to physical healings as well.
Are you determined to never give up if you are right? Do you consider this to be a great virtue? I could have made a strong case for my innocence, but I held my peace when I was on trial for my life.
Do you say that seeing is believing and trust only what you see? Yet you know that the train tracks remain the same distance apart even though they appear to converge in the distance.
Are you involved in politics? Do you have strong opinions about the order and structure of civil government and work to implement your vision? I was in a nation under military occupation by a foreign power and I didn’t make an issue of it.
