What does a blessing look like? A true blessing spoken over someone or something is describing the way God sees them. This is a prophetic insight concerning the way someone or something is supposed to be. It may not be evident yet in the natural realm, so we are speaking things that are not as thou they were (Mk. 11:23-26).

So when we talk about blessing someone, we are prophetically stating: “May the Lord grant you all of His intention for you,” or, “May God’s full expectation for you be fulfilled in your life.”

So what if I have a child or spouse, or boss or government official or friend who is acting out and not behaving themselves properly or living up to their God-given potential? What do I do? Or maybe I am in a situation which I consider terrible. How am I to respond?

From Patti Virkler - I was waiting in the car for Mark to send a FedEx package, so I decided to look for any angels hanging around. I didn’t particularly sense anything so  I looked toward Mark in the store. I could see his angel just behind him and looked around to try to see if he had a second angel. After all, Charity, Rebekah and I all have two angels – so why would Mark only have one? I began serving in leadership of various churches at a young age. Jesus said, "According to your faith be it unto you" (Matt. 9:29).

I just tried to convince someone that light was more powerful than darkness and truth was more powerful than error, and that light and truth would win in the situation we were discussing.

He disagreed because of this verse, which he offered as an offhanded quote, "As it was in the days of Noah, so it shall be at the coming of the son of man." (Lk. 17:20-37).
