VOTE NOW!

Mark Virkler's picture

One in three Christians does not vote consistently. If all Christians voted, and voted for Biblical values, we could put our nation on track to godliness, peace and prosperity. If we give it away, we will have to face our children and tell them why we have allowed them to be enslaved in the clutches of evil. Who wants to do that?

Your vote is a statement that you support what the candidate represents. Rarely will you agree completely with any person or party, but there should be some issues that are not negotiable as a Bible-believing Christian. To not vote is to be silent; to be silent is to assent to the status quo.

Healing Soaking Prayer Worksheet

Mark Virkler's picture

Healing Soaking Prayer is defined as coming into Jesus’ presence and experiencing His compassionate, healing and revelatory touch. It is resting in the healing rays of Almighty God (Hab. 3:4). His compassion is the "carrier wave" upon which ride His healing power and revelation.

Go First and Be Astonished at How Many Follow - By Dave Kahle

Mark Virkler's picture

“There are millions of Christians and seekers in the marketplace who are hesitant to step out and express their faith. All many of them need is for someone to go first.

I just closed a Zoom meeting with one of my clients. He told me this short story. He recently took a promotion to the corporate office. Word had gotten around the new environment that he started his meetings with a prayer. Out of the blue, a co-worker asked if he could be a part of that prayer time as well.

Get Ready for God's Blessings to Appear by This Time Tomorrow by Malachi Talabi

Mark Virkler's picture

I believe God is about to reveal His miracle-working power in a worldwide revival. The entire world is in a crisis of ungodly leadership and lies. It will take the power of God to break through this maze. A Holy Spirit revival on the streets would meet this need. So I pray for this worldwide outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The prophetic word below through Malachi provides support that this is what is on God's mind.

Is the Church a Building or a Called-Out Assembly in the Town Square?

Mark Virkler's picture

Rather than asking people, "Where do you go to church?" it would be more accurate for us to ask a person, "Where do you go to assemble?" The word translated "church" (ekklesiain the New Testament never refers to a building. Instead, it refers to a called-out assembly of citizens in the town square, and more specifically it is applied to the called-out believers of our Lord Jesus Christ who are assembling. Acts 19:32, 39 and 41 are interesting verses which each contain ekklesia translated “assembly,” not church.

The Church Slept. Hitler Arose. Millions Died. Bonhoeffer Fought Back.

Mark Virkler's picture

Today’s pastors MUST LEARN lessons from Bonhoeffer and the inadequate efforts of German pastors to halt the rise of Hitler who murdered 6 million Jews. Let’s LEARN from history. Let’s NOT make the same mistakes those pastors made. The Church has been given “all authority” and must be the powerful light that is set on a hill and lights our cities!

Revival by William Dupley

Mark Virkler's picture

Christians talk about revival all the time. They pray for it and conduct revival meetings, but what is it? I came across a great definition of revival, which sums it up best.

“Revival is God bringing His people back to spiritual health. Put another way. Revival is God bringing His people to a level of submission and faith where He can bless them the way He promised.[i] “During a spiritual revival, God supernaturally transforms believers and nonbelievers in a church, locale, region, nation, or the world through sudden, intense enthusiasm for Christianity[ii]

The word “revival” is sometimes called awakening, outpouring, or renewal. These words all describe the same thing, God intervenes in normal church life and radically shakes it up. I have lived through two revivals, and in this blog, I will describe some insights I have extracted from those experiences.
