What can be done to honor the Sabbath?

4-14-12  7:50am  Blessed Holy Lord, Jesus, what should we be doing to honor the Sabbath Day, today?

Ben, good question. I want all of My people to set aside time to be with Me. I am not looking for things that they can do. I just want them to spend time with Me. Spend time saying nothing, just basking in My presence. Take time to read Scriptures that My Spirit will direct you towards. Pray for yourself and for the needs of others. But mostly, just spend time in My presence, shutting out the rest of the world. Just you and Me! I so love it when you, when My people, quietly spend time in My presence!Lord, You said: "Pray for yourself ... "  Please comment more fully on this.  

Ben, it is not being selfish praying for yourself. Remember the times that I have told you to speak healing into you and others. Continue to do so.
