“My Child, I see that you’ve had a stressful time lately. Remember, this is about relationship. This is about spending time with Me and hearing My heart for you.”
As Christmas approaches, we read again the timeless story of the Son of God’s entry into our world. It is amazing to me what we are told, and also what we’re not told.
Are there sacred messages hidden in our “silly” dreams? Is Heaven communicating even in the seemingly random pictures that show up in our night visions? God answered these important questions for us when He declared He would reveal Himself in visions and speak to us through dreams (Num. 12:6). He went on to explain, “I have also spoken by the prophets and I have multiplied visions and used similitudes…” (Hos. 12:10 KJV).
One of the most common inquiries we receive is How can I remember my dreams? This is a great question and we have explored many ways to improve dream recall in previous articles and interviews.
A fundamental principle we must always remember about dreams is that they are not usually literal; they are most often symbolic. They are pictures that represent something else, thus need to be interpreted. That is true with most all dreams, and with most all symbols, except for numbers. Every time in the Bible that someone had numbers in their dreams, those figures represented the exact same number in waking life. However, the number will probably be linked to something which needs to be interpreted symbolically.

We’ve had requests for this since so many of us spend time commuting and working out, it’s easier to listen rather than read. The best part about this audiobook is that I read it myself! It was important to me to keep it all in my own voice, figuratively and literally (!) and we’re thrilled with the final product.
Stacey Linsalata was present in my seminar last weekend in Fort Wayne IN at Heartland church. As I taught the adults on hearing God's voice, Stacey taught the children on how to overcome nightmares.
