Prayer and Babies
My name is Favour. I am from Nigeria. My husband was transferred by his organization to another state. Precisely from cross-river to delta. I had to move to join him when he got a new accommodation for us. It was in a building comprising of four flats. We were living in the ground floor.
When we moved in I discovered that my neighbors were not very friendly. Since I am a born-again Christian I decided I would go to my neighbor’s flat on the same ground floor as me, greet them, and try to be friendly.
I met the Lady of the house and introduced myself as their new next-door neighbor. She was somehow impressed that I went out of my way to be friendly. When she got to know I am a born-again Christian, she opened up and started sharing with me the trauma she was going through.
She had been married close to five years without any child and lost several pregnancies. The pregnancy would always goes out before nine months. She said I should please be lifting her up in prayers. I agreed that I would.
One day I was praying for her and the Lord gave me Psalm 145:9.
"The Lord is good to all and his tender Mercies are over all his works"
He said I should declare it to her and pray with her, which I did. It wasn't long we started noticing she was pregnant and she delivered triplet, two boys and a girl. All the glory be to the Lord Jesus Christ Amen.
