Holy God, in Amos 8:1, You showed Amos a basket of fruit, then You spoke to him.
Lord, how did You speak to him?
Ben, I spoke the same way to him that I am now speaking to you, in your thoughts.
So much of My communication with people is in their thoughts. Sometimes I speak
out loud. Sometimes I shout, sometimes I speak quietly. There are many ways that
I communicate with My people, but My preferred way is to speak to people in their
thoughts, as I am now doing with you. You are learning the benefits of doing it
this way. You have learned to ask Me in your thoughts how you should pray,
when and if you should speak out. Doing communication this way allows Me to
express My desires in any given situation. When things are done this way,
our Father in heaven gets the glory - not man!
Jesus, this reminds me of John 5:19,20, and 30. You did not do anything until You
first heard or saw our Heavenly Father do something.
Ben, that is what I just told you above. Would that all of My people seek My face
first before charging off and doing things their own way.
