TV Interview + New Zoom Course Starting by Charity Kayembe

Not long ago I was invited to be on TCT for their Prayer on Purpose show. We had a wonderful time looking at Jesus as our model for releasing spiritual gifts and how we can practically follow in His supernatural footsteps. In one of our most in-depth interviews about the new teaching, Overflow of the Spirit, we discussed everything from prophetic dreams to Albert Einstein.

It is most important for us to understand that all of God’s gifts are available to all of God’s kids. So how come some believers seem to walk in the supernatural more readily than others? We just need to learn how to easily and often flow with Holy Spirit in our hearts. Which is all well and good, but then the question becomes, HOW do we connect with our hearts and the creativity and wisdom of God dwelling there?

Einstein famously said that he wanted to know God's thoughts, and he considered the rest “just details.” So how did this brilliant theoretical physicist and mathematician tune into the thoughts of God? We can borrow a page from Einstein who also said, “I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me.”

Similarly, the prophet Elijah let us in on a big secret about hearing from Heaven: That is, most often we experience Father speaking in a still, small voice (1 Kings 19:11-12). In alternate translations of that Scripture passage, God’s voice is described as a “soft whisper” or a “gentle blowing” – which is why we must quiet down from outside distractions in order to actually hear it.

I shared personal examples of how I quiet down in the middle of my workday to intentionally recalibrate myself to Holy Spirit’s presence and perspective. If you haven’t seen the interview yet, you can check out our conversation below now.

Exploring the Sacred Supernatural Zoom Class

Looking ahead, I'm thrilled to announce that Glory Waves is partnering with London School of Supernatural Ministry to present my upcoming course via Zoom: Exploring the Sacred Supernatural. Starting the beginning of November, we will have six weeks of live and interactive sessions on dream interpretation and angelic encounter and you can find an overview of the messages here. We will be connecting live from New York and London and I’m grateful to be able to offer an interactive class to a worldwide audience. People have already begun signing up and it will be exciting to see how many nations will be on the video call exploring the Sacred Supernatural together!
