Blessed Holy Lord God, what message do You want me to share with Your people today?
My dear children. A new year is approaching, a time of change and advantage.
Let Me explain: Many changes are to take place - all of them designed to bring My people
back to Me. Do not look at coming events as judgments - look to them as wake-up calls!
I so want My people to spend time with Me so that I can bless them. As I bless them,
I want them to share My love with others. Take advantage of coming events. Use them
to draw people to Me so I can bless them! Let My Spirit lead and guide you through My
Scriptures so that you understand what I am doing. He will reveal My truths to you!
So be diligent - seek Me, seek My face, for I am the source of all that is good!

Wake-up calls

You are so right on here. A while back I had meditated on the scriptures where Jesus was asked about the people whose blood was mingled with Herod's sacrifice to idols (I hope I have that right; don't have my Bible near me right now), and also about the tower that fell on the 18 people. His followers also saw these things as judgments. Jesus' answer was, "Unless you repent, you also will likewise perish." His followers had been looking on these events as judgments, but Jesus' response was very interesting.
People today still ask the same type of question (after catastrophic events, such as Hurricane Katrina, the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Haiti's earthquake, etc.), such as, 'Why do bad things happen to good people?' or questions regarding judgment. I think Jesus' response (above) contains the answer to that very question, and your journal with the LORD written here shows a clear light on this, because these were wake up calls then and are still wake up calls now. Not judgment, but rather a wake up call from the Lover of our souls, who longs to gather us under His wings. That's His great mercy and grace! Thank you for your sharing this insight. This helps to know God's heart, because now I can respond to folks who ask this same question after an awful event.

How do you know if you are the chosen bride of Christ and, if, to be raptured is by chance ...how do you prepare yourself?

If you believe that Jesus Christ died on a cross and was resurrected, you become a bride of Christ at that point in time. How do you prepare yourself? Spend time with Him, getting to know Him. Read the Scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal His truths to you as you meditate upon them. The message of grace is so simple, yet sometimes we want to make it complicated due to our religious background.
